Illustrator & Graphic Designer

• Please give me ALL references, details, and information about your commission before I start working on it - which means when we are discussing the order (and before I calculate the price). Any additional changes or details that you didn't mention when you placed your order will be charged extra!

• I will NOT change my artstyle and copy others work. Keep it on mind.

• I accept payment at the latest after sending the sketch. Otherwise I will not continue drawing.

• I'll draw a few wips as a sketch and then send. At this point, you can say the last adjustments. As soon as I start with lineart, I don't remake other things.

• Other remakes on the lineart are for an additional fee + - 5$ (depending on the complexity). This applies also for YCHs.

• When I send a sketch, I assume that you take a good look at your fursona and tell me, if necessary, what I'm wrong or what I should add. I do not take responsibility for inattention.

• If the original sketch was rejected for any reason, and a complete redrawing was necessary, I reserve the right to leave the rejected sketch / pose, modify and use it in any way convenient for me.

• You may request your picture do be done in priority or within certain deadline. I will charge extra fee for this, depending on how tight the conditions are. I may refuse to accept such time-sensitive order.

• I often send wips but if it bothers you, just tell me.

• Please check final picture you received from me properly. If I forgot to add some detail, marking, etc. that was stated (or shown) EXPLICITLY when you ordered the artwork, I will make the change on the picture for free. You can request such free change on completed picture within one week after I send you the final file. I might refuse to change the finished picture when the one week passes.

• You may ask me to make any changes on finished picture within one week after I send you the final file. If it's something that wasn't explicitly requested or shown when you ordered your picture I will charge you extra to do that kind of edit. I may refuse to do such edit.

• My working schedule will go from Monday to Friday/Saturday, work on weekends could be slow as I must leave a certain margin of time for myself, I have multiple obligations I must tend to, including my family and fulltime job.

• I am not a robot, please don't be pushy, your commission will be finished as soon as possible as long as no issues are present.

• I have the rights use use your commission for any future merchandise, such as prints or art books, using them in my portfolio and using them to advertise my work.

• Please don't remove my signature / watermark from the work. In case you have any questions, feel free to send me a message about it!

• You can't resell, copy or trace any of my artwork. You can print out your commission for personal use only!

• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Arvenick, ever again. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.

• If you give me a commission, you agree to all the rules above.

• Posting artwork: you can post it whenever you want <3 just credit me as artist.
